I recently took a full day working on my personal property to upgrade the look and safety of its exterior. It bothered me so much because it's the first thing I see when walking around the exterior of the multi-unit property. Proper property aesthetics are important to first impressions in real estate. After completion, there were hundreds of feet of unnecessary wire removed. No safety concerns, faster internet, and of course, it looked great! Cleaning up the mess of wires makes the property look and feel clean.
So, a cheap and easy way to make your home look great is by simply calling the service provider to properly update the wire. This will be great if you are looking to sell your home to attract potential buyers!
